Welcome
Our Vision for the Community
We are undertaking a landmark initiative to establish Dar Ul Salam, the National Islamic Centre of Wales.
This project is led by an experienced and committed team with strong backgrounds in leadership, governance, and community development, focussed on building a centre that is sustainable, professional, and impactful for generations to come.
Dar Ul Salam is envisioned as more than a mosque. It will serve as a unifying national hub for Muslims across Wales, providing a shared space where organisations, scholars, professionals, and community leaders can come together to collaborate, coordinate, and strengthen collective impact.
The centre will support education, youth development, wellbeing, faith services, and civic engagement, while remaining open, welcoming, and beneficial to wider society.
Recognising the diversity of Muslim communities and organisations across Wales, Dar Ul Salam will provide a neutral and inclusive platform that enables cooperation rather than fragmentation.
